The property was stocked with everything we needed and more, especially the garage filled with bikes and pool/beach gear (beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, life jackets, floats, toys, etc.). We had two sets of grandparents with us and the house was spacious enough to comfortably fit all 6 adults (and 1 toddler). The walk to the beach was convenient and our toddler loved riding his bike around the neighborhood and playing in the pool. The host was very responsive and even went above and beyond to purchase corn hole boards when we asked if the property would have them or if we should pack them ourselves. Overall, we had a great week and are looking forward to returning back to this same property in the future!

Absolutely perfect. The backyard and pool are well manicured and well kept. Also, much larger than it looks in the pictures. The same for the house. It’s deceivingly big with a nice kitchen that is well stocked with everything you need stay in and make a meal. A very nice bonus feature is the a very clean garage with a 2nd refrigerator and all the beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys and wagon for beach days. Beach is an easy 10 minute stroll through the subdivision. Thank you Michelle & Family

Amazing house! Very clean, great layout with two living rooms! Pool was amazing.

The house and pool were great! The owners were also great to work with and communication was great! We plan on coming back!
