Everything about our stay was excellent. Communication was clear from start to finish, and the property was exactly as described. For our group of 10, the space worked perfectly.One of the biggest highlights was the air conditioning. After long, hot days at the beach, it was wonderful to come back to a consistently cool and comfortable unit. The host gave us the option to adjust the temperature, but we never felt the need to touch it as it was set perfectly for our stay.The house was also thoughtfully equipped. We appreciated the beach essentials that were provided, including a tent, a couple of chairs, and a beach buggy. The living room and dining area were spacious enough for everyone to gather in the evenings, whether we were splitting into groups to play games (some were provided) or watching TV together. The covered patio was another nice bonus for relaxing outdoors.The location is hard to beat. The beach is just steps away, which made quick snack runs and bathroom breaks incredibly convenient. And on days when we wanted a change of pace, the pool was a great alternative for enjoying the sun and water.Overall, this was a fantastic getaway. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it without hesitation.10/10.

GREAT location, plenty of room for our family of 10, nice pool for those not wanting to get in the gulf water. Lots of extras on site, floats, beach chairs, beach pull wagon. Will definitely book again when headed back to Pensacola, FL.

This place is amazing and the location could not be better! The beach and pool is right there! Megan is a great host and was very quick to respond and went out of her way to help with some WiFi issues we were having that was a HOA issue and not an owner issue which was resolved before we left. My family loved everything and we all want to stay here again.

This house is great if you are wanting a close stay right near the beach and want a pool. The beach is literally a 3 minute walk. However, there was not enough blankets for our group of 5, the toilets need some adjusting and it would have been nice to have a high chair that we could have used for our 7 month old daughter. We used the washer and dryer which was very handy to have. The beds are really hard, I liked that, my husband did not. Overall it's a nice place but a bit expensive for what you are getting.
