We just checked out this morning, June 20, 2026. This is a beautiful home in a great area. It took us maybe five minutes to walk to Siesta Key beach. The home has all of the beach accessories needed! Our two grandsons, ages four and six, had the best week ever! This was their first time on an airplane and first time seeing the Gulf. We also enjoyed the pool every day. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone!

Great location and nice property. We have stayed here more than once.

We were 7 people who gathered for a vacation to celebrate 2 high school graduations. The house is so clean and fully stocked with everything I could imagine you might need. The location is perfect for walking to the beach or into the village for restaurants and shopping. Jay is an excellent host who is very attentive, great communication and wants his guests to enjoy all that Siesta Key has to offer. Overall, I would highly recommend and not hesitate to rent again.

Cannot say enough great things about this property. The location is perfect, amenities are amazing. Communication with the owner was top notch! We had a couple issues that were addressed and resolved quickly! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
