Very comfortable bed, great bathroom
Breakfast was a machine takeaway coffee and a croissant - disappointing - and the receptionist was ‘listening out’ to detect how many presses you had.

. Location was perfect 15 min walk to docks and restaurants,bars and cafe all nearby. So much to see and do in Liverpool.
Continental breakfast was bit disappointing, could have included bit more than a cold pastry and drinks from machine.

Location is good
Staff member Rachel was incredibly rude. Possibly the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Wanting to check out but no one was at reception so we had to wait. The male receptionist was lovely and actually understood what customer service is.
Room was dirty, you have to pay for air con and the rooms are incredibly hot. No way to control the temperature.
