This unit was perfect for my family. Our party consisted of kids, parents and grandparents (3 generations). Bunk beds were very accommodating, and double master bedrooms were nice to have. Everyone had their privacy. The unit is well stocked and clean. The elevator brought us right into our room every time and the resort was designed with convenience in mind. From parking to convenience of getting to the beach, it felt like we were never more than 2 minutes from our room wherever we happened to be. Walmart is right across the street, and plenty of good dining options around this location. Communication was always prompt and clear and this is a well maintained property. We have gone to Destin as a family tradition every year once my kids finish school. This was the first time my kids requested to go back to the same resort the next time we go. Highly recommend.

The property was amazing itself. Great location. Great view. However, there was a lot of mold. The last 3 days we were there we were unable to use our elevator and people came in and out of our room without our knowledge or permission, after we had already left. The back door to the property does not have a lock on it which is located in the bunk bed room where the kids sleep. This was very unsettling. This is also how people entered our room with out our knowledge/permission. We walked in to our room after visiting the beach to a bunch of heavy equipment and cords being ran everywhere. Everywhere to the point our kids tripped over them because they were unable to walk through the condo because there was so much. This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable since they didn’t have our permission to do any of that.

On our last evening the night of 7/29 another family we knew staying with us heard the fire alarm going off and notified us. We went to go down our stair and there was rushing water coming down we found another staircase and went down that way. When we got downstairs we were told by firemen that a a water pipe burst. We stay here once a year and it’s concerning to me that only certain people. Old hear the fire alarm if there was an actual fire we would not have heard the alarm. Also there was no communication from any staff what was going on we just headed back to our condo when we thought we should??? This concerned me for renting here at all again. We have rented at other resorts and fire alarms have gone off and there is no doubt that it’s going off. Also this was from 1-2 in the morning and we couldn’t sleep the remainder of the night because there were people yelling up and down the elevator for a few hours afterwards.
