Very nice clean and newly renovated. Nice view from the balcony. Pool doesn't face beach and is small, now view. Ownership very responsive.

Yes everything was cool and we had a good view of the ocean

The place was perfect. Clean, comfortable and perfect for a week on the beach

Pros- Nice location on beach, Super clean in condo as well as outside pool area, boardwalk. Management very responsive and we would Definately book a different condo with Stay Better Vacations but not with this owner. Very pretty furnishings. Nice view and location to shopping and restaurants. Kitchen well stocked. Cons- No hot water in Kitchen so hard to wash and sanitize dishes, silverware or pans. Bathroom shower warm but not hot. Worst issue Ecobee temperature controlled by owner who only allowed 2 settings. So when hot during day we had to use 3 plug in fans to help. When a storm came through and temps dropped we had no control of thermostat. All the mattresses need replaced. Very hard and squeaked when you moved. For price with air condition issues by owner I would not book again especially when owner stated it should be run like a hotel and management of unit were not allowed to bypass code for us to control air flow. Maintenance had to come out twice due to temperature issues on 95 degree days. All vents were closed upon arrival as well.
