We had an awesome 2 weeks at the house. It was perfect for 9 people. Plenty of room. Very clean. The location was perfect…. Just a few minute walk to the beach (the quieter part of the beach). We had an issue with the kitchen sink/garbage disposal which was handled immediately.. great communication. Very comfortable beds too! We all agreed, absolutely nothing to complain about.

Beautiful home , we enjoyed the private pool and close proximity to the beach . The only negative thing I have to say about the property was the steep stairs, the only way to get into the house . We were fine with it but it may affect someone else’s stay if they have older people in their group. We had excellent communication with the rental company. I would definitely recommend.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Very clean and close to the beach. The kitchen supplies were lacking a bit (like good pans and a simple spatula to flip things). Some things need to be repaired, like a 6’ piece of metal from the sliding door came flying off. A repair list was sent to the property management company. The trash had not been taken out when we arrived (4 full bins in the garage) and the stench was atrocious. The bins were covered in maggots. Thankfully, that was in the garage and does not reflect the living quarters’ cleanliness. Some attention to detail with the property is very needed.

We spent a lot of time on the three outdoor decks; two of which are quite spacious with fans and plenty of tables and chairs . Everything fromkitchen appliances to pool chairs were top notch and new. The entire property, inside and out, was so tastefully decorated. Publix was just a few minute drive and the beach was about a five minute walk. The whole experience was comfortable and convenient . If you are a clean freak like me, you will love this property!
