⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing, we'd go back in a heartbeat! Melia Villa Kos was everything we wanted and more. We stayed as a group of five women and it was the perfect base for our trip. The hosts: Lovely from the start. We arrived late, and they waited for us to hand over the keys and run through all the key things we needed to know. They were only ever a phone call or WhatsApp away, and every time we messaged with a question, they were quick and helpful. Tip: there's a handbook with information and leaflets in the villa, so have a look there first before contacting them. It answered most of our questions. Getting around: You can choose between booking a car or using taxis. We went with taxis, but honestly we wish we'd hired a car. If you're a confident driver, I'd recommend booking one through Booking.com, which is hassle-free. The roads are easy to navigate and you really can't get lost. If you'd rather not drive, taxis are affordable and the drivers were absolutely brilliant and so helpful. Things to do: There are plenty of places to eat in Kos, so you'll never be stuck for choice. We took a boat trip to the three islands, which I'd highly recommend. There are lots of options to choose from, and we booked ours through Booking.com but plenty of other tour boat options - I suggest you maybe take a walk to the old town towards the harbour. There's so much to see on Kos, and the beaches are beautiful. We'd love to return. Highly recommended!

Alles aan de villa beviel ons goed! Het is soms wel uitdagend om snel een taxi te krijgen. Zorg dat je die op tijd online reserveert. Er is niet veel op loopafstand

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. The view was amazing, and the swimming pool and jacuzzi were fantastic. The villa was very spacious, which was perfect for our group of 7 people. The beds were comfortable, the showers were great, and everything was well organised. Communication via WhatsApp was also excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated being able to check in early at around 12 PM and stay until 8 PM on our last day because of our late flight. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend the villa.

The only negative part of our stay was the final inspection on our last day. We were told we could stay in the villa until 8 PM, but the cleaners and an inspector arrived at around 4 PM while we were still using the pool and had not finished packing. Several rules regarding the pool and towels were also explained to us only at that moment, even though they had not been clearly communicated beforehand. We were also charged an additional €200. The cleaner herself was very friendly, but the inspection felt quite strict and unfortunately gave us a less pleasant ending to an otherwise fantastic stay.
