Please note: The changeover day is Friday. The property The Grove is set in the village of Combe Martin, North Devon. Hosting one king-size bedroom with a Juliet balcony and a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower over. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Please be advised that there is a spiral staircase. Property is an Adults Only property - not suitable for children or babies. Off-road parking for one car (shared space with the owners). Please note: The property provides cream tea and biscuits. Please note: You must inquire with the owner before bringing a dog as only a small dog is welcome - Please also bring a dog basket with you. The Grove is a wonderful choice for a seaside retreat.
