I really liked it. I was very pleasantly surprised. I lived in point breeze in 1978 and always liked the area. I normally stay at the Inn on Negley but it was full so I found point breeze guest house. Really liked it. I will probably stay there from now on.
I didn't see a breakfast being made but the in room coffee, cereal and fresh fruit more than made up for it.

Location for me. The men who ran it were very nice. Pretty stain glass windows. Has potential to be a much nicer bnb. They need help.
Bathroom was horrible, door got in the way of everything. Bed was too hard. Decor looks like they went to goodwill and just mix matched everything, dead plants too. Dangerous front steps, a real mess in the front.
