We booked our stay last minute. It was the perfect spot for us! We were within 15 minutes of anything and everything we wanted to do. So many bars and restaurants nearby. We visited old town a couple of times. We also did the wiring tastings in town. 15 minutes away there’s the Arizona Boardwalk, which was well worth the money. The kids really enjoyed that day! You can buy discounted tickets online. There’s a super Walmart within a five minute drive from the house so we were able to get all of our grocery essentials. the house is stocked with spices, toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion, towels, and all the other amenities you would need. The only thing I would suggest getting our paper, napkins and paper plates if you want to minimize cleanup for yourself. But they had all the glassware and plasticware and silverware would need. The beds were very comfy and so are the pillows which is something I have to mention as I have a neck injury and it was important to me. The property was perfect with the pool and hot tub. we spent most of our time outside, used the grill and the fire pit. Both were easy to operate. There were plenty of family games and lawn games available to play and the kids and hubs loved the arcade. There were also some pool floats! If I had to critique our stay, I’d say the AC was a bit high when we got there (80) so we had to turn it down. It took about 36 hrs to get to 72. But it didn’t effect my rating. 10/10 would stay here again!

Close proximity to Oldtown Scottsdale and easy access to 101. Pool and backyard amenities was like an oasis. Definitely worth it!

Close to restaurants and airport. Would definitely stay again. Communication was great. pool area was the best part of the house
