It was exactly what I needed. A real getaway not too far from others

We had a very nice stay. The property is very quiet and peaceful. The backyard with hot tub was a very comfortable retreat. Our dog enjoyed the backyard, but be aware the property is not fenced in, but is surrounded by mature trees, and shrubs. The house is located 20 minutes from restaurants, Fort Bragg, and stunning golf course courses. The airport is about 40 minutes away. The hosts occupying an adjoining property and were very helpful and attentive to all our questions and needs. Just about everything you need can be found in a cabinet, on a shelf or in a closet. If you’re looking for a peaceful family friendly house on a beautiful piece of property set back against the pines this is the one for you.

This was a wonderful house. All that you needed has been thought of, wonderful backyard space! Wish we had more time to enjoy it we may be back.

After starting off with a few hiccups things went great. My daughter and her husband enjoyed the hottub and the house was spacious. Definitely will be considered for further stays!!! Thank you Ken for all your help! A+
