This was the 3rd time renting this home. We are a family of 17 with 3 generations. This home is absolutely perfect for us. Easy beach access, a private pool, an elevator, and enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone from senior citizens to kids. Not to mention that the house is beautiful! The kitchen is top notch and has everything you need to feed a crowd of 17. This has been the favorite Florida family vacation location so far, and we have stayed at several other rentals on both the Atlantic and the Gulf coast. It’s convenient to historic St Augustine and many excellent restaurants. Our host, Kelly is great to communicate with. We are definitely planning on renting this place again for our next family vacation.

Third year in a row at this beach house. Already booked for next year.

This property was perfect for our extended family of 20, ages 15-74. I may show my age with this comment, but I can't overstate the comfort of the WC on the third floor, each bedroom having its own full bath, and the WC outside at the pool. The outdoor showers and hose at the back fence insure that no sand gets into the pool or inside the house, which is amazing for a beachfront property. We enjoyed pingpong as well as the foosball and video games, and the gopher tortoises gave us a show in the backyard! The host is extremely responsive and accommodating, so I'm confident in saying if you ran into any problem, it would be immediately addressed. We literally only left the property to get groceries, that's how wonderful the amenities are at this home.
