amazing property. amazing views. I would come back again for sure.

Overall this was a beautiful place to enjoy a quiet and relaxing vacation which is what we were looking for. The unit was clean and had everything we needed although it was a little dated and didn't look quite as nice as the photo in the advertisement. The beds were really comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and there were all kinds of beach and pool items to use. This unit is on the far end of the resort which makes it VERY peaceful and quiet with an amazing view. The only downside is that it's a long walk uphill to the parking lot but you can request a ride and the resort will send a cart to take you there, the beach, or anywhere on the property. Hanalei Bay Resort was beautiful, well maintained, and the personnel were always friendly. Checking in was quick and easy too. Vacation Realty was very informative through the reservation process and always quick to respond to any questions we had both before and during our stay. We would definitely use them again for future vacations.

Spectacular view

Property was not very clean. Maintenance showed up after check in to re-set the toilet and they left a bit of a mess. The rest of the unit wasn’t very clean our kids found a pepperoni on the outside furniture. There was no additional toilet paper rolls which we would have grabbed from the store had we known they wouldn’t be provided. The front desk informed us since this is a privately owned unit they could provide a roll for a charge. Parking was a nightmare. If you left in the evening you couldn’t get a parking spot upon your return. I wish the unit was more clear in setting expectations. Our deposit was never retuned despite leaving a spotless unit
