On one side, you can see the sea and the Gaeta lighthouse. On the other, it overlooks Monte Redentore, which stands 1,250 meters high.
2 double bedrooms with closets. 2 full bathrooms, a triple living room connected to a terrace with indoor and outdoor dining tables. The terrace is covered with a veranda, offering a sea view, a shower, and plants.

- Numerous playgrounds. The closest one, 200 meters away, overlooks the sea. In Formia, there’s a skate park for kids, and in Scauri, a children’s playground by the sea.

- Numerous historic town centers to visit just a few minutes away (Gaeta, Formia, Minturno, Itri, Sperlonga, Fondi, Sermoneta, Vindicio).
