Posizione centralissima. Comoda sia per spostamenti che per raggiungere il centro cittadino con qualsiasi tipo di servizio. Incredibilmente comodo e accogliente. Dominic l'host è stato di una gentilezza inenarrabile. come essere ospitato da un amico. si è speso costantemente affinchè avessimo informazioni per la miglior vacanza possibile. Davvero una rarità questa gentilezza.

Great apartment in an ideal location. There is 2 beds which are very comfortable and the shower is hot and powerful. Apartment is in a tiny courtyard with no noise whatsoever There is a delightful little terrace outside. Great for breakfast and an evening aperitif!! It’s a few minutes walk from train station. Close to a beautiful park which has a wonderful cafe/ bar. Coast is just past the park with great bars and restaurants. Supermarket very close by with everything you could possibly need. There isn’t a a great restaurant just opposite. There is a lovely plaza about 30 seconds walk away where the Spanish locals enjoy a drink and tapas. Sunday was super busy!!! Just head straight out the door and cross the road There isn’t a washing machine in the apartment but a laundromat is within a minutes walk which costs 4€!!! Communication with owner was excellent. Cannot rate this place highly enough.

Sijainti on todella loistava, Arroyon keskustassa mutta rauhallisella kujalla. Kaupat, juna-asema, ravintolat ja pääkatu lähellä. Rakennus on kaunis, perinteinen ja asunto remontoitu ja todella siisti. Vuokranantaja joustava ja erittäin ystävällinen. Asunto on täydellinen kahdelle tai kolmelle asukkaalle. Tähän asuntoon palaan tarvittaessa.

El aire acondicionado y el trato del anfitrión.

La entrada está fatal, nos costó bastante entrar con las maletas que llevábamos, una persona con niños, compra o algún problema de movilidad no puede acceder a la vivienda porque son escaleras muy altas y antiguas. No es la casa entera como sale en la foto solo es la parte de arriba que más bien es un estudio pequeño, no caben más de 3 personas es agobiante. No había mesa para comer aunque sea una plegable, hay una pequeña de decoración que no cabía nada. Todo muy escaso en elementos de la cocina solo había 4 tenedores, 4 cucharas... Tampoco había productos de limpieza aunque sea un cepillo para poder barrer si se te cae algo. Este estudio está bien si vienes en invierno u en verano haces otros planes pero para ir a la playa no es porque pilla muy lejos. Tuvimos que coger el autobús todos los días para bajar y subir pq es inviable ir andando, te puedes tirar 20 minutos andando para bajar y para subir mucho más. En general por el precio de casi 500€ no nos ha merecido la pena nada y hay mejores opciones seguro.
