Well equipped kitchen for the visitors to use and opportunity to wash our clothes in a designated area (no washing machine, but a big sink for hand wash). There's a very big outdoor-lounge area and a cafeteria which' door opens right into the common kitchen. Very comfy to ask for a morning coffee while we ate our own breakfast. :)
Room was nice, comfy bed and big shower.
There's a small, but rather well equipped grocery store right across the street.
Couches in the common area looked old and used so it left a bit dirty impression, but the other surfaces were clean. Room itself was very clean.

The Beach House is located close to the beach and the camino. Self check-in was easy. The bar in the front of the building is great.
A Beach House might always be a little sandy, but it didn’t feel perfectly clean. Some parts of the house feel a little run down. The kitchen isn‘t well equipped and some tools were broken.

The proximity to the beach, the small supermarket over the road and the bars and restaurants around the corner are really great. Likewise, having a bus stop and a parking. The beach house has its own bar as well.
The hostal somehow lacks soul and heart. It is furnished and decorated sparely. There is not much of a living area. The kitchen is missing a table and chairs. A washing machine and, in particular, a place to hang out wet towels is missing.
The cost of a family room is pretty high for the amenities that the hostel offers. The beds had some plastic sheets that made you sweat. In addition, on the weekend it was very loud from the bars over the road.
