La Casita is a cozy, beautiful, and historic home. We were so comfortable during our stay. Highly recommend!

Booked La Casita for my nephew’s birthday. He loved it.

The hot tub was fine for the 2 of us and we used it every day. Half of the tub, however, we were unable to figure out how to get the jets working. For only 2 people, it was no issue, but for a family, perhaps another story.

I booked this rental for a weekend getaway with my partner and was really looking forward to relaxing at the house. Upon arrival I was hit with an overwhelming smell inside the house. It was the smell of a dead rodent. I immediately contacted the owner. She did reply quickly but only offered spray to help and to send a handy man but Honestly I could not find exactly where the smell was coming from only that it was in the kitchen. It was so strong I had to open doors to try to air it out (at 8:00pm) so we decided to get in the hot tub but it did not seem to warm up. The master bed was great! We definitely could not stay inside the house the next day with the smell so we had to leave and only come back the change. We did turn the hot tub on early in the day and checked much later that evening but still not warm so we didn’t get to use it at all. The smell was still prominent on the third day. Very unfortunate loss of could have been a relaxing weekend.
