Fully renovated using high-quality materials, it has two bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate four guests. With a floor area of 84 m², it is ideally situated in a quiet location between Place Mellinet and Place Canclaux and enjoys unobstructed views of Place Catinat. On the second floor (accessible by lift), the accommodation is laid out as follows:
- An entrance hall opening onto a living/dining room.
- A separate, fitted kitchen, fully equipped so you can prepare delicious meals
- Two bedrooms situated on either side of the apartment’s living area. One of the bedrooms has a queen-size bed (160x200) and the other has two single beds (90x190; it is possible to push the two beds together to form a queen-size bed)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet.
- There is a terrace accessible from the living room.

Self-check-in via a key box located in a launderette near the property is available between 4 pm and 9 pm. For any arrival outside these times, a surcharge will apply and the keys will be handed over to you in person.

Neighbourhood:
All the shops you need are in the neighbourhood, including one of the best bakeries in Nantes.

Transport:
If you’re travelling by car, you can park in a space in a secure private underground car park. Please note the dimensions: (height 1.80 m, depth 4 m, width 2.10 m).

Located a 10-minute walk from the very centre of Nantes and a 5-minute walk from tram line 1 and bus routes C1, C3 and 11! These will take you to the Château des Ducs de Bretagne or the railway station in under 15 minutes. Les Machines de l’île is a 15-minute walk away.
