Müllner Smart Hotel Wien I Self Check-In

We booked a double room and were given a spacious triple on the second floor. The location is opposite tram line 38 that runs regularly to the city (Schottentor), taking about 23 mins for the full journey. The bed was comfortable and had a soft mattress topper. Nice inclusions, such as a bottle of sparkling mineral water and Nespresso machine. The room was clean overall. Best value for money in Vienna!

The lift does not operate from 10pm-9am which can be a problem if you have luggage.

The room I was given on the top floor has no air conditioning, and in this heat it is completely unfit to stay in. It is impossible to remain in the room during the day, and impossible to sleep at night. This is unacceptable for any paying guest. I am not interested in excuses. Placing a guest in a top-floor room with no cooling in the middle of summer is negligent. Frankly, putting us through this kind of misery is not something we should be paying for. You should be compensating us for it.

no air condition , no fridge, the room was nor very clean the floor.

Bardzo polecam, nowe, czyste mieszkanie. Lokalizacja super a najbardziej urzekła nas, cisza nocą. Odpoczęliśmy wyjątkowo. Obsluga pomocna i bardzo miła. Na pewno wrócimy ♥️

It was clean and well prepared

Very poor building, corridors are very dim, the general structure and furnitures look very cheap
