I wouldn't call it a "dream room" but it was clean as we're the common areas. Well equipped kitchen. WiFi worked.

The tax payment is 4€ *per night*. That's fair and correct, but one of the examples sent had shown an incorrect amount. Thus I had quite a hassle right before check-in (Whatsapp,PayPal etc). The whole affair is strange since the amount could very well be added to the total bill. The window is tinted glass and can only be tilted. The fan could not cool the room. However it was quite hot everywhere. There seems to be no communal table, inside or outside. My question was not answered.

Everything - it was more than I expected, as I generally don’t book shared stays like this one, but the project organizer that took me to Karlsruhe was supposed to pay for my stay and then didn’t so I needed an affordable last minute solution. The place turned out to be nice, quiet, clean, with great utilities and perfectly located with respect to the ZKM where I was staying. Cozy place with about 5 rooms, calm respectful people, easy check-in/out. Nothing to complain.

If I really needed to point out something I’d just say that one of my bed grids in room 1 was broken and could be repaired. No other complaints.

Exceptionally clean, modern, amazing kitchen with tea and coffee, TV, fridge, (slightly loud) fan, desk....

The bed rest smelt bad. This is something cleaners can't notice unless they are actually very close to it, but as it is canvas, I understand it's not easy to clean. I just turned to the other side and it was OK. The neighbours got really loud after 10pm and they woke me up, so I slept very very little in spite of going to bed very early. This is not the property's fault, but is something that is important to those who want silence. I usually fall alseep with my laptop on, a documentary ot something, but the outside noise was so loud, my laptop couldn't cover it.

not enough light, not work bed light, at kitchen not cleaning , not enough bathroom and toilet room for 8 rooms
