El confort porque es amplio y con todas las instalaciones nuevas. Resultó muy comodo.
No me gustó la ubicación. Me resultó alejado y para llegar se pasa por una zona no muy buena.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement, à la fois spacieux, propre et très bien équipé. La communication avec l’hôte a été excellente, aussi bien avant et pendant le séjour qu’après notre départ. L’appartement dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour agréable. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas eu l’occasion de profiter de l’extérieur, mais celui-ci est très appréciable et constitue un vrai plus.
Il n’est pas possible de rejoindre facilement la gare sans véhicule. Nous étions véhiculés, donc cela ne nous a pas posé de problème, mais il est important de le savoir avant de réserver.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was clean, cozy, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The apartment was exactly as described and the communication with the host was easy and pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended.

I had to wake up at 7 AM on my vacation to follow all the “instructions” that we were presented: to empty the fridge, run and empty the dishwasher, wash my dishes, sort the trash into the right bins, and collect all the sheets and towels in a laundry basket. We also had breakfast this morning, so I had to clean dishes myself in order to leave a dishwasher empty and spotless by 10:00. I'm already paying a cleaning fee, so I don't exactly understand why I'm also doing the cleaning and with a 10:00 checkout and an 18:30 check-in, I'm left wondering what happens in that eight-and-a-half-hour gap.
The apartment itself is very nice, but it's missing basic amenities. Apart from shampoo, there were no toiletries at all, not even cotton swabs, and no full-length mirror. The surrounding neighborhood also wasn't to my liking, so consider that if you care about the area.
