Our stay here in villa laguna was nothing short of fantastic the area was very convenient to both old town and new town. Upon arrival a customer experience agent Martin had met us to go through the property and show us around and show us are amenities and how to use them also explaining the local area and places of interest nearby. The property was in a very clean condition everything from the pool and outdoor area right through to each bedroom including beds. The attention to detail amd cleanliness was second to none and we are extremely fussy people. The villa is extremely convenient to some local restaurants and bars to which were all extremely accommodating. In saying that you honestly do not need to leave the villa at all we had prepared to go out a few nights while there but we spent 98% off our time in the villa including having breakfast,dinners and drinks as the property has everything you could possibly need to cook and entertain. We had traveled with a 6 year old and a 1 year old and trying to get them to leave the villa to do anything was next to impossible as they loved the freedom of the villa and also give us peace of mind knowing that they were well secured in the grounds and had plenty of space to roam around or go for a swim at theyre leisure. Which allowed us to be able to relax and recharge our batteries. The games room is a must and photos don't do it any justice what so ever. It's quite convenient to be at bottom floor preventing any disturbance to kids or anyone who has decided to head off to bed early. We were quite hesitant to book the property due to lack of reviews and it's always a risk but this risk definitely paid off. Any problems we had run in to were quickly rectified by martin and the management team. We would definitely recommend booking this villa and we are already thinking about booking again even with an even smaller party. 10/10

Wasn't much to not like on arrival Martin had called in to see us and we were shown how to navigate around the property and what facilities we had. We had an electric awning to which we would have really benefited from but wasn't working on Martin's demonstration we were told someone would be out to rectify issue which was a dead battery in remote but this didn't happen and there was some occasions we had to move in doors due to rain or if sun was to hot while eating our meals, Nothing worth loosing sleep over as we didnt even know the property had this option but definitely would have been nice bonus to have working. Electrics had tripped on several occasions but once again Martin had explained to myself that this may happen and how to rectify the issue to which we were able to do with ease. We managed to pin point every time we tried to iron clothes the electric tripped so we think the fault may actually lie within the iron itself more than the property. Not an issue that effected the stay at all. The local shops in the area are very expensive and give the opinion that they pray on the tourism. €5-€6 in an uber will get you to aldi,lidl or even the old town and it will save you two fortunes on the price of food or alcohol.
