The overall was great just like photos, they had roaches definitely on the corners of the dishwasher, also needs to sprayed outside of course outside bugs come in, Spa Jets didn’t work when tried to turn on pool timer wouldn’t come on when wanted im guessing because of timer.. Master bathroom had ants in tub and shower head need to be cleaned a water pressure in master sucks. Ice machine ok refrigerator wouldn’t work nor would

The house appears to have everything you need and is in a great location for Disney but it doesn’t feel like a home like the other properties we stayed in in the past. When we got there the house was barely cleaned. There was soda spilled on the wall and carpet, the rugs on the stairs and the landing had tons on dead bugs like they hadn’t been done in a year, the couches had debris on them and the fridge was not properly cleaned especially the water dispenser. The property manager was very responsive and had the cleaners come back to fix it but if I was the owner I would get a new cleaner. The pool was the best part and the appliances in the house are all new. The games room needs work and it just needs some touches to make it feel like a home like more towels that are actually set up in the bathrooms on racks and soap dispensers that work. We had a nice stay but we will probably not go back as there are other properties we prefer.
