Beach Retreat on Sweetman, a 3 bedroom townhouse in the perfect location, Barwon River on one side and just 200 metres to the Ocean Grove Main Beach and life saving patrolled beach on the other.
The Space:
Beach Retreat on Sweetman, a 3 bedroom townhouse in the perfect location, Barwon River on one side and just 200 metres to the Ocean Grove Main Beach and life saving patrolled beach on the other. 10 min walk to main street shops, 15-20 minute drive to Pt. Londsdale, Queenscliffe, St. Leonards, Indented Head, Portarlington, Geelong, Torquay, Geelong Adventure Park, Red Brick Cider Co. and a 1 hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. A wonderful spot to stay for exploring the Bellarine Peninsula.
Beach Retreat on Sweetman has 3 bedrooms, main with queen bed on ground floor and the others upstairs being 2nd with queen bed and 3rd bedroom has two single beds. There are two bathrooms to support the bedrooms, one on each level, and these include, Bath, Shower and two Toilets. The kitchen, dining and living area includes TV, DVD and there is a 2nd living area for the kids. The villa has large split system air conditioner in downstairs living to cater for summer days and cool winter nights. The kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher and is thoughtfully fitted out with crockery, cutlery, glasses, platters etc to cater for holiday and weekend stays. The laundry includes washing machine and dryer. Outdoors there is BBQ and outdoor seating in outdoor area with fenced yard. There is access to garage. A stunning property to relax and enjoy the closeness of the ocean and all the Bellarine has to offer. Park your car when you arrive and walk everywhere.

Ocean Grove is close to the surf beach, has a village with shops and restaurants and hotel. It's an ideal holiday destination.

Great location, close to the beach. Perfect facilities for family getaway. Comfortable beds and perfect kitchen and lounge for relaxation.

We stayed with my parents and had a lovely time. The house is super close to the beach and is a great space for relaxing.The upstairs is a great retreat but Airconditioner was old and ineffective so temp upstairs was awful on any day over 30.Lack of WiFi meant kids off devices (great), but also challenging if hoping to work while away (not so great)Overall though, this is a great place to stay and we’d go agsin in a heartbeat

Overall cleanliness needs improving. However....the location is fantastic and only a 2 minute walk to main beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay for families. Property well set up with plenty of space for the kids to play. Everything clean and tidy and kitchen well stocked. Nice deck to eat outside of an evening. Also handy to be able to put car in the garage. Would stay here again
