We had a great time on our trip to the mountains! Our host was very responsive to a few questions we had, and added several sweet personal touches to our stay that made the house cozy and welcoming, especially for my kids. We hiked the Catawba Trail, spent some time in nearby Black Mountain, and made s'mores by the firepit. It was a great weekend getaway for a family.

Cabin was open and easy to move around. We enjoyed the back covered porch and the front deck and fire pit in the evening. This cabin is surrounded by trees, so there is less of a wide view available from the deck, but very quiet and peaceful. There are no close neighbors to bother you. Dawn was very nice and available.
