De locatie, de inrichting en de bedden waren goed en de hospitality van Monica was fantastisch. We konden al onze vragen via WhatsAp kwijt en kregen meteen een reactie. Ze heeft zowel op de heen-als terugreis een taxi voor ons geregeld en bij een defect aan de vaatwasser werd er meteen een monteur geregeld om het op te lossen. Echt top! Op basis van de reviews waren we voorbereid op een gehorig appartement maar dat viel enorm mee. We hebben zonder oordopjes of slaapmaskers heerlijk kunnen slapen. Voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

De douchehoek zou gemoderniseerd mogen worden maar verder prima.

Some rain (but very little) came through the roof, but only when it was raining VERY hard!

L’appartamento è grande e bello, eravamo in 10 e siamo state bene, ci sono tantissimi specchi e lo stile della casa è piacevolissimo.

Abbiamo trovato solo due piccoli difetti: la luce in una camera non funzionava e si è guastato anche il soffione della doccia.

The location was great, within walking distance from Plaza de Fiori with great restaurants. We walked to all the major attractions from here. The hosts were responsive by what's app however we never met anyone in person. At other places we've stayed, hosts would meet us there and explain how to use A/C , appliances and fix any deficiencies right away.

The taxi couldn't find the place initially because the unit number is hidden behind an overgrown tree. Entrance could also use a clean up, overgrown trees that need a trim, some care and attention to the tree boxes and bits of stuff on the ground. no curb appeal ! It could be far more inviting. The air conditioning units in the home need to have their filters cleaned as the the air flow sounds like ocean waves and are not pushing out enough air. Hosts blamed it on the high ceilings but we experienced this in Malta and the owner cleaned them right away and they pushed far more cool air. We were still sweating in this unit with 3 A/C units running. The place is lacking some basics like: more than 2 rolls of toilet paper, a towel for drying dishes, plastic bags for garbage and recycling. It also needs a good cleaning - bathroom floor, ledges, baseboards, lightbulbs replaced so they all match and are not flickering like strobe light when you turn them on. Kitchen lacks lighting (bulb burned out on large wall separating kitchen and living. Leather sofa needs a good cleaning. For the price, which was high there could some more creature comforts included especially for travellers from other countries who don't want to spend their vacation finding toilet paper, plastic bags, dish towels instead of enjoying the sights of the city! Mirrors to be lowered in the second bedroom and livingroom so that they are usable. Kitchen table was wobbly.
