The accommodations are in great location for accessing the German Colony, Wadi Nisnas, and local entertainment/restaurants. The host was very easy to communicate with and gave recommendations of things to do in the area. There is street parking and paid lots available nearby. We had a nice view of the lower city and Haifa port. Our room was comfortable and had all the conveniences needed.

The host is extremely friendly and very helpful!
The bed could be better. Some music was playing from another room in the building but nobody to complain to, luckily they stopped at 11pm (as required by law).

it looked new,
- the building seemed shady
- the room lights were not inviting
- we got two different information regarding using the washing machine/drawer (did not work in the end)
