Great location - steps from the beach! Enjoyed the pool, ice cream store on 1st floor, and beach. Balcony views were amazing. Walking distance to variety of shops. Communication through text and email were informative and provided instructions needed.

The appliances were a little outdated, plugs didn’t charge phones. The cords would go in and out if power. Not sure if it was a building probe or room problem. Beautiful view.

It was a beautiful condo! Very clean and right across the street from the ocean, which gives a beautiful view. (We even saw dolphins one morning from the balcony!) Within walking distance to Whale's Tail and Surf Hut for beach-side dinners. The condo also has a shop with ALL BEACH NECESSITIES. Would book again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the best location and so convenient to all of the fun things in Miramar! The actual condo can definitely use some improvements.. the appliances (especially the stove, fridge, & dishwasher) can stand to be updated. The shower clogs, there is no hot water in the kitchen, lamps were missing lightbulbs, and basic items in the kitchen were missing. There was no salt or pepper, barely any forks, and many of the kitchen outlets do not work. Those were surprising to find and made things a bit inconvenient but it didn't ruin our stay. The beach wasn't crowded & it was great that the condo had 2 chairs and an umbrella for use. We loved the beachy decor in the condo too. Over all it was a good price for the condition I think. Nothing beats that view!!
