100% sprawdzonych opinii9 / 10Wyjątkowy·paź 2026
Location was superb, a few minutes walk to Namba. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, didn't expect it to be much but it had quite a selection. There are 2 washing machines available to wash your own clothes and a rooftop to hang them out. The roof was also open for use to relax.
The bathroom was tight, had a plastic feeling to it.

This is a very good hotel for people who seek suite-type accommodation with separate bedroom(s) at a reasonable price within walking distance from Osaka Metro stations. Clean and quiet rooms / apartments with reasonably good amenities for a short stay.
Some amenities could be taken better care of. There were literally no hooks to hang the wet towels. The kitchenette items (plates, glasses, pots, etc.) were under-stocked. The hangers in the closet were few and only suitable for hanging shirts and jackets. There were no iron and ironing board. The breakfast did not offer the variety of items that is typical for the hotels in Japan.

The location was perfect. The staff extremely helpful. Right across from 7 eleven, extremely helpful.

Good breakfast, lovely staff, good location and good amount of space inside the room
Cups and plates provided in the room was dirty, hotel facilities were old, pillows provided were uncomfortable.
