Beautiful room and property.. the host was great about communicating, the room was absolutely fantastic, the hotel was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend

The unit itself was exactly as described, clean and spacious. The bed is on the firmer side, so if you need extra cushioning for your back, that's something to keep in mind. The bathroom is huge, with both a separate shower and soaking tub, and the views overlooking the pool and ocean were absolutely spectacular. The only issues we experienced were with the resort itself. Unfortunately, our room was not ready at the scheduled check-in time, even after the front desk encouraged us to check our bags early and enjoy the pool while assuring us the room would be ready soon. About 35 minutes after the official check-in time, my husband checked on the status, and it still wasn't ready. Fifteen minutes later, we were finally told it was available. After retrieving our luggage and room keys, we discovered the key cards had not been programmed correctly, requiring another trip to the front desk. Once we finally got settled into the room, we realized there was no toilet paper. We called the front desk and, after waiting about 40 minutes with no delivery, had to go downstairs to request it again. It finally arrived about 10 minutes later. These were relatively small inconveniences, but they did add up especially since we were on vacation. Overall, however, we had a wonderful stay. The views were incredible, the unit was beautiful, and the owners were responsive and helpful with all of our questions before the trip.

Great accommodations & beautiful view. Great location. Absolutely loved it. 10/10.

The shower water was burning hot and hotel folks didn't fix it.
