Can’t beat location. We had a wonderful stay, the hosts were excellent. Location was great for a home base, walking distance to food and entertainment in addition to being right on the beach!

My husband, my best friend and I came to San Diego for a week’s stay. We loved this location. The hosts are wonderful and though they stay on the property, they give you your privacy, but are available if you need them for anything. We loved being able to walk the “boardwalk” and see some of the more action packed places towards Belmont, but we were happy that we weren’t in the middle of the partying. There was a bottle of wine and some chocolates waiting for us on arrival. Within a short walk of a great burrito place. Hosts even went out and found us a parking space on Mission Blvd on our arrival. In actuality parking on Mission was never a problem, we just weren’t watching very well as we were trying to find the condo. Would definitely return!

Stayed for 5 days. Fantastic location. Property is not "fancy" but it's clean and we'll appointed. Kitchen is better stocked than most and we had no problem making most of our meals there during our stay. I've recommended this property to friends and would stay there again

We spent a week here with our 12 and 4 year old. Great location for beach fun, walks and bikes rides, playing in the park, and visiting Belmont Park. The unit is well stocked and comfortable. The hosts were super responsive and very accommodating. There isn’t any parking at the unit so you have to find a spot on the street and there are particular times in the morning that you can’t be parked there because of street sweeping. We usually got our adventures started in the morning so the street sweeping wasn’t a problem and we got pretty lucky finding a spot upon return most days. We didn’t mind the walk when we didn’t get a spot nearby but, if you have mobility issues, this is something to be aware of. During peak season this might be really challenging. There are other units at the same address that do have parking available. We rarely vacation in the same spot twice but I would come back here for sure.
