This uniquely decorated two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit comfortably sleeps up to six guests. The beautifully appointed master bedroom features a queen-size bed and private access to a large screened porch with cool breezes and views of the private woods. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds, and the living area includes a queen-size sleeper sofa.
Guests of Amelia Landings can enjoy exclusive amenities, including an outdoor pool, tennis courts, and a private access trail to the beach. There is ample parking available.
Take a leisurely stroll along the secluded boardwalk to the ocean. The property is within walking distance to beach-side restaurants, surf shops, bike and fish rentals, and an ice cream parlor. Explore the island's state park, hike, bird watch, or play putt-putt golf. Amelia Landings is also just a five-minute ride to the Historic Downtown District. Great stay! Close to everything and walking distance to beach. Beds were very comfortable and our son loved the pool. Only complaint was the AC didn’t cool enough. Otherwise it was great!

Easy booking process, keyless entry, screened porch, ample tissues provided, and convenient parking were good. Disappointed that I received no updates prior to check in time despite the property manager assuring I would, missing handle on refrigerator made it difficult to open, no indication on property description that beach towels provided (description said “towels”, so unclear if bath or beach or both), thin walls and ceilings so we heard neighbors talking and walking constantly, no blender, and no holders for toilet paper.
