Owner was very communicative even days leading up to check-in. Gave detailed instructions and was friendly. Plenty of parking and house was impressive upon entry. Kitchen had all amenities we were looking for- microwave, keurig, toaster, blender and regular coffee pot as well. Loved having the sink in its own island.Gas appliances were great

We had a wonderful week at a very beautiful home. Accommodations were great. I would definitely rent again

Great place to stay with family! Short walk to pool and tennis courts, a quick 15 minute drive to the beach, and plenty of space!

Air conditioning only worked on the third floor. Note on thermostat on second floor said a/c did not work. Ants were the bedroom where my daughter and grandson was in. The last two nights they had to stay in my apartment the next town over. There was also a cockroach in the dishwasher. The bushes out front need to be trimmed. My car door was hitting the Holly bush every time I had to get in and out. Another tree was covering the house number The community pool and amenities was great. The pool was big and clean not crowded.
