Great patios with views, nice pool (limited chairs), close to everything. The condo is clean and has comfortable beds. The management is great and addresses concerns promptly.

Clean condo and resort grounds. Safe and very well located to the beach and town. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are also fine but water doesn’t get hot. It was warm so it didn’t matter very much. AC works well in most rooms but not as well in the back bedroom. Those are the only reason I did not give it five stars but 4.5 for sure.

We are a family of 5, stayed for a week over new years, Kattia was amazing to deal with. The location is perfect, walking across the street to the beach. The pool is outstanding, family oriented and quiet areas as well, great swim up bar. Condo is better than expected, size and cleanliness. Would highly recommend staying here.Regards,Dave

We always stay at the diria hotel . Couldn’t find a room this time so we opt for the matapolo condo just across the street . We were under the impression that it is a part of the diria group . Fair enough it’s close to the beach and the diria hotel . We were told we could use the diria breakfest buffet for a cost which we had no problem with . Only issue they were booked and didn’t allowed any outside guests to go in so that’s was a big disappointment . The next issue was the mattresses in the units are so firm we couldn’t get a good night sleep . That is after we read some reviews with the same compliant and we reached out to host prior to booking and were assured issue was solved . That was not the case . Ck in is a pain since u need to stop in a different place their office to pick up keys . Other than that unit is clean fully stacked and roomy . Honest review .
