It was very central and close to the cathedral and supermarkets. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Free coffee and water was great. Good price and nice funky decor. Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but we were able to borrow plates and cutlery if we bought food from elsewhere.
If had the window open overnight it can get noisy in the mornings with traffic, church bells, people shouting.
There were quite a few homeless people outside the property or who were drunk, a little disconcerting particularly at night . Light switch only one side of bed not good if one person reading and goes to sleep before other. Need plug sockets both sides of bed and light switches.

I have stayed at the property 5 times now whilst on business in Cologne.
- The location is excellent, especially for access to the Train station and the city centre
- Rooms are clean, modern and comfortable
- Staff are always friendly, helpful and ready to converse in English or German
- I have not tried the breakfast on any of my stays, I think it is overpriced compared to the options you have just a stones throw away in the city centre

Well located for us near the railway station. Nice open shared areas. Good breakfast. Free tea and coffee downstairs.
No fridge in room. Temperature control was not working properly. Too hot.
