Close to the arts and sciences, close restaurants facility was very nicely appointed beds comfortable and clean

Access to the center of the city was by public transport, mostly buses easier with taxi or Uber. Nearest supermarket was a reasonable walk. Would it be nice to have some basic amenities apart from coffee?

The hosts are very kind and welcoming. The apartment is spacious, and both the washing machine and tumble dryer work perfectly. The location is ideal, close to the City of Arts and Sciences and well connected to the city centre. It’s quiet in the evenings, with cafés, restaurants and a shopping centre nearby. Parking is available in the garage or in the free (and safe) parking area outside. Online check-in requires passport photos, but this is part of the check-in process, so guests shouldn’t be alarmed.

We have nothing negative to say!

Appena entrati ci siamo sentiti a casa e onestamente mi dispiace averci passato solo 2 notti. Nell'appartamento c'è tutto, lavatrice, asciugatrice, aspirapolvere, veramente meraviglioso.

Tutto perfetto

We opted for this apartment as it was advertised as a luxury apartment with internet access. The location was good, the apartment clean. We had the following issues though 1) the apartment is quite dated, specially the bathrooms. 2) the bedrooms are really small 3) The heating control was not working and heating had to be switched on outside on the balcony where the geyser is located 4) No toaster in the kitchen 5) Not enough tall glasses 6) INTERNET WAS REALLY BAD! The internet only worked if you are located in the living room. Even then it would work and then stop working for a while - very intermittent. Internet was really slow. This is not acceptable if you are advertising a luxury apartment. I have high speed internet at home in a 4 bedroom double storey home with wi-fi access in every Room for around 40 euro a month. For the price we paid it is simply not acceptable that we struggled with internet to that extent!
