Everything about the property and the owner was great. She was very sweet and welcoming.

The communication was horrible because the management is owned by a Dutch company that does not reply nor work with booking. They write only in Dutch and blackmail you into paying a tax de sejour that will lead you to the cancellation of the booking if not paid in time. This blackmail is even worse because they hide you the information on the position and how to contact the owner despite having already paid the full stay three weeks in advance. They never reply on the booking chat and you only receive automatic messages. They never reply to the phone, they only reply to emails but without giving you info (I was literally asking for the link to pay the tax). This happens in a period where booking is asking you to avoid scam links. The lady that owns the apartment should not rely on them for communication. Booking should lay them off because they do not respect half of their rules.

The apartment was spacious with the two levels. We had everything we could need and it allowed for a relaxing space after a long day. The outdoor patio was wonderful for a cup of tea in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The host, Sandra and her husband were amazing. They brought us a fan and portal AC unit as it was hotter than normal this time of year.
