Home was very clean, nice bedroom set. Master bedroom on one side and the other 2 rooms on the other side of kitchen and living room. Pool was awesome the Baja shelve is great to sit with the grandkids. Definitely recommended

Quiet, clean, good communication from host

We were very pleased with our stay. Spring was easy to communicate with and the house was very well equipped with everything we needed. Loved the pool and all the pool floaties. The house itself was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

Be careful about the "housekeeping" policy. If you want to get charged only the "7 hours" minimum, you should probably hire a housekeeper to clean it before you check out so you don't get charged extra. I was charged extra because of a few crumbles and the countertops apparently not being wiped clean enough. I thought that's what the housekeepers did? I left the house much better than I have left a lot of other VRBOs. I've Never had this happen. Also, the furniture was all uncomfortable. The metal kitchen table seats where very uncomfortable. The Bar Stools were hard and painful. The Living Couch was uncomfortable Old and worn out I think. The beds were OK. Not for us.
