This villa is in a quiet private security suburb, is walled and has maximum privacy. The keys we found in a lockbox outside the door, the code Maya sent by WhatsApp - it cannot be easier. The spacious two bedrooms are each en-suite, and both have a double bed plus a single bed. The living room and bedrooms each have their own air-conditioner, and a TV is present. The pool is clean and warm, and is part of the nicely secluded outside area. It is serviced several times per week by an outside team visiting, in a quiet and polite manner. A 7-Eleven shop is literally around the corner outside the security gate, and per scooter all interesting destinations are within easy reach. Location wise it sits between the two main entertainment beaches, which was ideal for us. We rented a scooter from Dee Rent which was literally at the bus-stop from/to Bangkok, this could not have been better. Although we did not cook meals at home (we ate out) the kitchen is complete and will allow for such. We did make coffee of course, just buy what you need at that 7-Eleven shop. The fridge/freezer works well, and we made our own ice-cubes. We left Maya a few beers plus some coffee ingredients for the next tenants - this was a friendly home from home.

We liked all that was offered, so much so that I will use this villa the next time I will visit Pattaya. For a first-time visit for us, and having chosen via the Internet, this I consider luck - good luck!

Great location, Private pool was excellent, Comfortable beds.

The villa was clean, spacious, and well located. We especially enjoyed the private pool and had a comfortable stay.

We had some issues with the electricity, which affected the air conditioners and the microwave, but everything else was good.

The layout of the villa is good. It's well designed and compact. The care-taker was ok. But the owners need to put in a bit more effort in the presentation of the villa.

The pictures shown on Booking.com is not what we received. The pool was not really well maintained and clean. The couch was filthy. We were given probably a villa that no one wanted. I would not recommend anyone to stay in Villa number 65
