The light filled unit was very spacious and the view of the intercostal was lovely.
The unit was well equipped and when I wrote to request a broom to keep the sand under control it arrived the same day.
Great unit. The street noise can get a bit loud at times but with the patio door closed it was okay.
Short walk from the elevator and in the same building as the roof top pool. Easy with kids to go back and forth.

Five stars for location and view.
Very clean and nice. Couple of small issues but the management company fixed the issues immediately and where on top of things.
Just a couple of blocks from the beautiful Hollywood beaches and boardwalk. Couple of blocks to the cool Margarita Ville hotel and the big outside beach auditorium where if you are lucky you can enjoy an amazing concert.
Plenty of great restaurants on the boardwalk nearby and across the street.

Hollywood beach is a beautiful area and resort is in a great location. Pictures are not of actual unit like most other vrbo rentals. Cheap furniture and appliances. Insufficient seating. Pool towels not available until afternoon. Prefer rentals hosted by individual owners rather than a management company like Stay Sol.
