A great location for access to Parlee Beach - truly a 3-minute walk (to the parking lot edge anyways and not much longer to the sand). Tony made himself available for all our questions - choosing to call twice rather than type out long text responses, which was greatly appreciated both times.

The place was perfect for our short stay! Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. A short walk to the beach for those morning walks. I would highly recommend staying here. Tony called a few days before coming and emailed all the information needed. He was reachable for anything we needed.
