The stay was amazing. The resort itself has tons of amenities and everything was so spacious. We had an amazing stay!

Clean. Nice space.

Wonderful unit! Highly recommend!!

The communication was less than desirable. We had to call and ask for check in instructions and then they said we had a balance and we had paid it off. They charged us then apologized and said they should not have and had to credit us. master bed headboard is cut and worn. The sheets were beaded and worn. There was sand on the floors upon arrival and in one of the showers. The wash clothes were stained and then received an email with stern warnings on if we stain furniture and rags. They brought us new ones. The bar refrigerator and ice machine were broken. They did put 2 bags of ice in freezer for us. The jacuzzi tub in master did not work. We have stayed at this resort several times with different rental companies. We use VRBO a lot. We were disappointed in this management company.
