The interior and exterior of the property were perfect, but the building itself was too old and still needed some structural repairs. All the furniture and appliances were good, and the inside was cozy. The outdoor view was fantastic and beautiful. The entrance door needs to be updated or upgraded as well.
The game room was great and allowed kids to play easily inside and outside, with a shower available to clean up before coming back in.
In conclusion, the property is good, but the price is a bit higher than I expected.
