Great location. Clean and spacious apartment also has a lovely pool.

Maybe some more kitchen utensils

The house was spacious and clean with a great addition of the swimming pool. The location was quiet and only a 10 minute walk to the beach and town and ideal for our family of six adults.

Although the house was quite stunning I did feel that it could have been more welcoming by providing tea, coffee, sugar etc in the kitchen, like a welcome pack for guests. I also felt that the bathroom lacked the personal touch and an addition of small toiletries would have been a nice gesture as opposed to a handwash bottle being left with a fraction of soap at the bottom, which unfortunately didn’t look great on arrival. One chair was missing from the outside dining table which meant one of had to continually sit on a plastic chair from indoors, and it was confirmed that one was on order but only when we asked about it and did not arrive during our stay. We had an issue with an air conditioning unit which in fairness they tried to fix the next day but unfortunately couldn’t, which left the smallest bedroom with no air conditioning for 4 nights which wasn’t ideal in 35 degrees. Two fans were provided but unfortunately had no effect. For the above reasons this is 9/10 and not 10/10.

The villa itself was great for families and close by to everything. It had everything we needed.

I never normally write anything negative about our stay but the people that manage this villa were nothing short of terrible and made us feel nothing short of inconvenient. Prior to arrival I sent a number or emails regarding a cot and got no response as well as an enquiry about a late check out. 5 days before arrival I then had an email asking for deposit money, still no response to any of my emails. I then had to ring the office to make the payment, the system apparently went down with all our details so we were expected to print paperwork and submit all the information again. We were told they wouldn’t release any information until this was done. We had a baby and check out was 10am. We politely asked a number of times if we could pay to extend even by an hour and got no response up until the last day where the company said the owners said no. On the day of departure we left our luggage at the office and on leaving for the airport, an office worker asked us how long we would be waiting in the air co customer office with a baby before leaving. To the point we left the office as we felt so uncomfortable. The final straw was the taxi driver the company arranged for us on FaceTime all the way to the airport whilst we had a baby in the car. Overall the villa really was great but the people who manage made things really difficult and were not pleasant with their customer service.
