Very clean and roomy for large groups. Adequate parking for trucks and trailers.

Host was great. Pictures of the Property were a little deceiving but overall we had a nice stay. Little things that need to be taken care of was the furnace, AC (needed both during our stay but neither worked) and cleaning could have been better. Our host offered to have someone come out to look at it but told her we could manage. Directions left for how to use items on the property were vague but we managed most things. Example would be the water feature by the fire pit. Said the switch was on the side of the garage but there was nothing there. The wildlife on the property was amazing and I would suggest a little less lights if possible. We enjoyed our stay very much and this would be a top notch stay if the little things can be taken care of. There was plenty of room for our group of 9. View was good as well.

Air conditioning sucked . People who slept upstairs slept in 80* temps. Main bedroom on main floor was very hot. AC was terriblr
