I loved that I was in my own little world overlooking the Gulf. The host's responsiveness was terrific. Recommend to improve the water pressure in the kitchen sink and replace the bedframe in the master bedroom. Getting in and out of bed was very awkward.

Clean and modern. Nice place overall. Host communicated well. Great view. Balcony area is not as big as picture portrays. Stay did not include chairs on the beach, only around the pool. Property is centrally located so it made good for quickly accessing the things were doing outside of our lodging.

Our family always enjoys a stay at Emerald Beach Resort. Having Runaway Island and Sharkey's just a short walk down the beach is a big plus. We enjoyed the condo, it was very clean, the kitchen came well equipped, and the view from the balcony was amazing.

The property and the place were very nice but I couldn't sleep because there was a lot of noise upstairsa or next to the property
