The location was very convenient and the property mangers were available and answered any questions immediately!Thank you for another wonderful trip to the Dune Allen area!

Stayed for a week during one the hottest weeks but the air conditioner kept it comfortable in the house. Kitchen was well equipped. Everything worked air fryers need to be replaced. And some baking pans will not clean. The biggest thing is the living room furniture needs to be replaced. It’s stained because it’s fabric furniture and people would come in with her suntan lotion or oil and sit in it. People have no respect for what’s not theirs at one time. It was nice furniture, but it shows a lot of wear and tear

We enjoyed our stay so much. The location was perfect, just a short golf cart ride to the public beaches across 30A and convenient to shopping and dining. The home was well maintained and had all the essentials needed for a week's stay. Our host was so attentive and helpful. Best vacation ever! Thank you!!!

Reservation ID: 4812218 We loved the excellent 30A location, the convenience of the provided golf cart, the spacious high ceilings, and the proximity to the beach. Unfortunately, the property’s condition fell far short of acceptable standards. The unit was quite dirty, featuring old, heavily soiled furniture and rugs, as well as mold visible on the bathroom floors. To make matters worse, the central air conditioning was completely broken. While the staff brought in temporary cooling units, these had to run constantly, creating extreme humidity and wetness throughout the entire space. Furthermore, communication was poor; staff promised they would return on Monday to clean the floors and resolve the issues, but they never showed up. We seriously considered hiring an outside cleaning service ourselves but ultimately just dealt with it. Given the management fees, we expected far better upkeep and reliability. Disappointing service from iTrip.
