The Villa Hohe Düne 02 vacation rental is situated in a prime location in the Baltic Sea resort town of Heringsdorf on the island of Usedom, combining easy access to the beach with a quiet residential neighborhood. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, the popular promenade between Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck, and the OstseeTherme Usedom are all just a few minutes’ walk away. Shops, bakeries, restaurants, and cafés are also in the immediate vicinity, making the vacation rental an ideal starting point for a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation. Whether it’s long walks on the beach, bike rides along the coast, or a stroll through the imperial spas—from here, you can easily explore the most beautiful parts of the island of Usedom.

The approximately 71-square-meter vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the well-maintained Villa Hohe Düne and can accommodate up to two adults and one child. The apartment’s nearly threshold-free design is particularly pleasant, ensuring a spacious and comfortable living experience. The bedroom features a double bed and a fold-out sleeper chair that can accommodate a child. The tasteful furnishings, bright rooms, and harmoniously coordinated colors create a welcoming atmosphere where you’ll feel right at home from the very first day of your vacation.

The open-concept living and dining area invites you to relax with a cozy seating area, an LED TV, a DVD player, and a hi-fi stereo system. The kitchen, which was completely renovated in 2025, blends seamlessly into the living area and offers everything you need for a carefree stay, including a stovetop, dishwasher, microwave with grill function, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The adjacent dining area is ideal for a leisurely breakfast or shared meals after an eventful day of vacation activities.

A special highlight of the vacation rental is the spacious, south-facing terrace. Here you can enjoy many hours of sunshine, have a relaxed breakfast, or wind down at the end of the day with a good book and a glass of wine. The ground-level location makes the outdoor area particularly pleasant and easily accessible.

The bathroom, modernized in 2025, features a spacious walk-in shower, a makeup mirror, a hair dryer, and high-quality fixtures, offering a pleasant atmosphere for a relaxing start to the day.

To ensure a worry-free stay, the beds will be made upon your arrival, and plenty of towels will be provided. Of course, you’ll also have access to a basic supply of the most essential daily necessities. Free Wi-Fi and a parking space on the property are included, as are a lockable bike storage room and additional bike racks, some of which are covered. In the basement of the house, guests can use a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron.

The spacious grounds of Villa Hohe Düne also feature a small children’s playground and a barbecue area, which offer families in particular added comfort. The Villa Hohe Düne 02 vacation rental is thus the ideal accommodation for couples and small families who want to enjoy modern living comfort, a location close to the beach, and the diverse recreational opportunities of the island of Usedom in a relaxed atmosphere.
