This hidden country gem is worth the stay. Close to downtown but far enough for peace and quiet. The yard is large and great for play. The house is beautifully furnished farmhouse with a touch of European culture. Beds are comfortable (that's important). Our family got some much needed rest and play. The Blue Hole is a must and downtown has amazing shopping and great food. Whiskey Ridge was great for our date night.

We had a great time visiting Wimberley and the house was perfect! You couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Check in was a little glitchy, but the owners got to us immediately and helped us get all the information we needed to get settled in. We would recommend this home to anyone traveling to Wimberley!

Nice 4 night stay. Historic cold which made outside living tough, but a comfortable home. Rural setting, but close to town. Great location for 6 if outdoors is usable but would have been a little tight for an all indoor stay (we had only 4 in our group)

The pictures of the property made the rooms look larger than they actually were. There were so many house rules of look but don’t touch, that it became a joke that everything was for your visual interest only. The beds were comfortable but the rest of the furniture was not very uncomfortable to sit in. The patio furniture was a bit tattered. We could have enjoyed the swing but it was too high to be able to get into and swing with your feet touching the floor. I am 5’10” tall so that swing is high. The kitchen was not very well equipped, and needed more kitchen towels and serving and mixing bowls. We did use the wine glasses and dishwasher. We did enjoy the bath tubs and especially the jacuzzi. All in all we felt a little taken advantage of on the price of the house for what we got. We would not stay again. Just too many rules. That’s just my visual opinion.
